21 days of guided Meditations for stillness, presence and self-inquiry

I’m really excited you have decided to commit to yourself and your meditation practice! It takes courage to show up and have the curiosity and willingness to dive deep.

I hope these meditations help you to get to know yourself better, understand the true value of taking time out of your day for stillness and connection, and help build that daily habit that allows you to continue coming home to yourself. Again and again.

I have laid the meditations out from 1 -21 and encourage you to practice in this order, as it will make it easier for you to track. But you are welcome to also practice them in any order you wish :)

Please let me know how you get on! 21 Days…You got this.

With love and gratitude,

Om Shanti, shanti, Shanti.

Kate 🙏

  • Day 1

(8:47) - To be with what we have, who we are, and where we are, right now.

A meditation like this has always been a good starting point for me to arrive back to a place of presence again, so I hope it helps you too. ✨

  • Day 2

(8:45) - We tune into our hearts and feel into what we are needing more of/less of in our lives & what is most important to us at this time ❤️ Come to this one with a journal!

  • Day 3

(9:17) - See how we can understand that no matter what stage of our lives we are at, what we go through, or what we do, we are already complete, exactly who and where we are supposed to be.

  • Day 4

(9:37) - "Practice kindness all day to everybody and you will realize you're already in heaven now." - Jack Kerouac.

I guide you through a short visualization, igniting the energy of loving kindness from within, then extending that loving kindness out from our being, onto others, and into the world.

  • Day 5

(9:08) - We are all one. We may know this logically, but do we really feel it? This meditation we take the time to tap into that wholeness, completeness, and unity of life 🌀

"A person experiences life as something separated from the rest – a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. Our task must be to free ourselves from this self-imposed prison, and through compassion, to find the reality of Oneness.” - Albert Einstein

  • Day 6

(8:57) - We all need this reminder every now and then. When we are too focused on the future or past, we can easily miss the life that’s already in front us.

It’s important to remember and trust that your life is unfolding in its own perfect, exactly as it is supposed to…There is no need always to control or worry so much.

  • Day 7

(9:45) - Letting go of the need to control the outcome of situations. Letting go of expectations. Letting go of emotional attachment. Just accepting what is, knowing that everything that happens is happening for us, and not to us.

  • Day 8

(7:48) - tuning into our innate inner wisdom and the fundamental nature of who we are - before society gave us all the things to think and believe, before the labels and conditionings. Tuning into spaciousness and inner guidance. 🧡

  • Day 9

(9:37) - Tuning into the breath and into the body. This process really allows us to get out of our minds and ground into the present moment. Here and Now, no better place to be 🌸

  • Day 10

(10:02) - Naturally, we humans have evolved to give more importance to negative experiences than to positive or neutral ones. So, in this meditation I guide you through a more analytical meditation, dropping into a space of gratitude and shifting perspectives with the mind and through the body.

  • Day 11

(9:03) - "We're all just walking each other home” - Ram Dass

Forgiveness is a simple concept, but a lot harder to really practice and truly do. To forgive does not mean to forget, but to simply free ourselves from emotional attachment burdens which we are holding on to. And when we are not so emotionally attached, this is where we find wisdom.

  • Day 12

(7:26) - From Thinking feeling Feeling!🌷 We explore what it means to experience gratitude as a feeling rather than a thought. Perhaps going that little bit deeper than you usually would when approaching gratitude.

  • Day 13

(7:28) - I guide you through a short visualization, taking a fresh look at our lives and reconnecting with what most matters to our hearts. ❤️

  • Day 14

(8:40) -Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down. 😌 It is perfect to practice after a long day, if you are feeling a bit tight in the body, a little emotionally over-stimulated, or just want to calm down in your mind and body.

  • Day 15

(8:21) - Dropping into a space of openness, receptivity, and love.

This is a nice meditation to come back to when you feel you need to connect to love instead of reacting to a difficult situation or happening.

  • Day 16

(9:16) - Bring an open mind and zero judgment as we reflect on our body, mind, and emotions. 🙏

  • Day 17

(8:30) - opening to love ❤️ Something that is often a lot easier said than done, but gets easier the more we intentionally practice it, too! Lucky us.

  • Day 18

(9:34) - Accepting this present moment, accepting the here and now, and accepting what is.

We tune into the polarities of life, reflect on what brought us to this point, and that ultimately we would not be where we are at without having experienced all of it.

  • Day 19

(7:28) - I guide you through a visualization practice expanding the heart space, cultivating love, and extending this love onto ourselves and those around us. 💫

  • Day 20

(7:23) - This is a nice meditation to come back to when you are in need of some guidance about something difficult you are going through, any decisions you need to make, or releasing that which is serving you and moving forward with clarity.

  • Day 21

(9:12) - “The meaning of life is just to be alive. It is so plain and so obvious and so simple. And yet, everybody rushes around in a great panic as if it were necessary to achieve something beyond themselves.” ~ Allan Watts.

We focus on remembering that everything we need and looking for, is already within us already.

“There is a secret place. A radiant sanctuary. As real as your own kitchen. More real than that.

Constructed of the purest elements. Overflowing with the ten thousand beautiful things. Worlds within worlds. Forests, rivers. Velvet coverlets thrown over feather beds, fountains bubbling beneath a canopy of stars.

Bountiful forests, universal libraries. A wine cellar offering an intoxication so sweet you will never be sober again. A clarity so complete you will never again forget.

This magnificent refuge is inside you. Enter…Ask no permission from the authorities. Slip away. Close your eyes and follow your breath to the still place that leads to the invisible path that leads you home.”

- Teresa of Avila
